Anderson Lifts Bulldogs in OT Thriller

In the season opener for the Canton High School Boys ice hockey team, the Bulldogs skated away with a 3-2 victory off Matt Anderson's first career goal on the power play 4:10 into the overtime on Saturday night at Metropolis Rink.

The Bulldogs got 21 saves from sophomore netminder Colin Davis, and two first period goals from junior captain Brendan Tourgee and Colin Blake.

After a week layoff, Canton travels to Hyannis to take on Barnstable next Saturday.
